The location of the hotel is perfect for nature lovers, with beautiful views of the surrounding area and the night sky - you can even see the milky way! the rooms are clean and quiet, providing a serene atmosphere. the hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to and from the train station, ensuring easy transportation.
The road leading to the hotel from the railway station is not the best, especially when walking with suitcases.

The room size was spacious and the location was quiet and surrounded by nature. The free onsite parking was convenient and the bathroom was also spacious.
The staff had poor English communication skills and didn't greet us with a smile upon arrival. We were disappointed to find out that there was no option for dining at the hotel on Monday nights, and this wasn't mentioned in advance.

The natural setting of the hotel was beautiful. We could enjoy the snow-capped trees and frozen lake. the game room was great for kids to hang out, and the food was tasty. the room was massive, offering a lot of space for our family of four.
The communication with the staff was poor. We felt overlooked and unwelcome.
